The Turbo framework for .NET 3.5 and .NET 4 is now released and is available for production use. Among other features, it supports lazy loading in a number of scenarios, complete ViewState management to minimize bandwidth, and page/control hierarchy instance re-use to conserve memory and increase through-put.
